This Returns Policy covers both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) customers of www.vibetek.co.uk.

Different conditions apply depending on the type of customer and product purchased.

SECTION A: CONSUMER (B2C) RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

– You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days of delivery, under the Consumer Contracts

Regulations 2013.

– Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

– Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

– Opened or activated software and digital licenses

– Custom-built PCs or servers, unless faulty

– Peripherals with broken hygiene seals

– Items marked as Final Sale

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

– Report within 7 days of delivery.

– We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

– Return shipping is covered by us for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Return Process (B2C)

1. Contact us at info@vibetek.co.uk with your order number.

2. We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.

3. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RMA on the parcel.

5. Refunds

– Processed within 7 business days of return.

– Original shipping costs refunded only if return is due to fault or error.

6. Exchanges

– Return the original item and place a new order.

SECTION B: BUSINESS (B2B) RETURNS POLICY

1. General Return Terms

– Returns accepted at our discretion unless the item is faulty.

– Submit return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

– RMA required before return.

– Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Products

– Opened software, license keys, or digital downloads

– Custom-built hardware

– Items damaged by misuse or improper installation

– Clearance or special-order items

3. Faulty or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Goods

– Report within 48 hours of delivery.

– Items inspected upon return.

– We may offer repair, replacement, or credit.

– For some items, direct manufacturer RMA may apply.

4. Return Process (B2B)

1. Contact info@vibetek.co.uk with invoice number, SKU, and reason.

2. Receive RMA before returning item.

3. Ship securely with RMA clearly marked.

4. Shipping Responsibility

– Customer pays return postage unless item is DOA or incorrect.

– Use tracked and insured courier.

5. Restocking Fees

– Up to 25% for non-faulty returns.

– Shipping fees non-refundable.

6. Refunds or Credits

– Issued within 10 business days of approved return.

– Refunds via original payment method.
